About Classes
At age seven, theater becomes more than play — it’s a space for intentional, meaningful action. Here, children learn to speak, move, listen, experience emotions, and be part of a group. It’s both art and pedagogy — and a place for true discoveries.

How Classes Work
Classes involve voice, body, focus, and stage work. We practice speech, breathing, vocals, and movement. Children train attention, memory, and partner awareness, learn roles, and participate in stage blocking.
A major focus is on preparing numbers and full performances. This year’s productions include Neznaika and Thumbelina.
Theater means working with text, improvisation, emotional analysis, and collaborative creation.

Who This Class Is For
For age 7, for all temperaments. Theater engages active children and builds confidence in shy ones, appealing to those who love stories, performance, and expression.
Payment & Terms
Monthly Tuition:
— By enrolling in a course, you agree to monthly tuition payments, which will be charged automatically each month.
— No adjustments or refunds are provided for missed classes due to vacation, illness, or other personal reasons.
Registration Fee:
— A one-time annual registration fee of $15 per person is due at the time of enrollment.
— This fee is non-refundable if you discontinue classes.
Sibling Discount:
— Families enrolling two or more children in Saturday School receive a 10% discount on the registration fee for the second and each additional child.
How to Withdraw from Classes:
- Please notify us by the 20th of the current month.
- Cancellations made after the 20th will incur a service fee equal to one month’s tuition.
Scarlet Sails reserves the right to terminate enrollment if a student consistently disrupts class or violates conduct guidelines.
