Young audiences enter an enchanted forest where everyone is preparing to celebrate the New Year. The trees shimmer with silver, and the paths to the Great Clearing have already been cleared. The rabbits have delivered the invitations and built a Snowman.

The celebration is about to begin! But Frost won't receive her invitation that evening and takes offense at everyone; a magical broom falls into the wrong hands; Bear wakes up; and Snowman learns to dance! Soon the whole forest is in delightful chaos. Who can help everyone set things right?
Father Frost, of course!
