On the first day of winter, a Fairy from the Ministry of Winter Services is decorating a little street in a little town with snow and icicles. Her careless assistants, the Snowflakes, accidentally break the largest and most beautiful icicle.

Trying to hide their mistake, the Snowflakes begin gathering the pieces. But a sudden gust of wind prevents them from finishing and sweeps them away along with the fragments. Only one tiny piece of ice remains at the scene—and it comes to life, becoming a little Icicle.

Can you imagine how hard it is to be alone in an unfamiliar place? How difficult it can be to tell good from evil, or to know who is a true friend and who is not? Who will help Icicle find the right path? Find out in this fairy tale from Scarlet Sails Cultural Foundation.
